STAY AWAY

The experience was utterly horrible. We booked a room for three persons on a chilling night in January. The staff straightforwardly refused to provide additional blanket for the third person and it become unbearable for us to spend the whole night. The manager was as much rude as he could be.

The most shocking thing was they attract the customers through OYO but insist on making payment in cash without OYO APP resulting in no involvement of OYO APP.

Breakfast variety was meagre. Just 3 options to choose from and you can choose only one from them. Unpalatable tea and food.

Hot water was limited in supply. They charge 10 rupees for a orea packet that cost 5.

No outside food allowed in the hotel and their food is below average.

It was my worst experience over here. As expected the staff were not in uniform and the allotted room was so smelly(smoke). Hotel Staff were taking much time to deliver anything and late response was irritating. They have short staff as informed by the management. Food quality was just average. It seems that generally families dont book this hotel. Reception management was very smart who canceled the online booking when we reached here and demand cash. In the booking of pay at hotel somewhat they always cancel booking and demand cash and there after they make their own rule. I will never recommend it to anyone and personally avoid to come.

Pathetic performance. They just save their food by not informing that there were chaat stalls at the back of the hall. They were serving in a way as if there were shortage of food. Ac were not working. Our guests were completely disappointed with their service. They are not trustworthy.
