Negative experience due to poor management at this hospital. After hearing positive things about the doctor, we decided to book a consultation for my mother. We arrived on time for our 2:30pm appointment, but unfortunately, we had to wait as they took 15-20 minutes to open our file. During this time, the doctor went on rounds, and after 1 hr when we inquired, we were informed that the doctor had gone to the OT. The staff's attitude seemed irresponsible, making patients wait without proper management of appointments, especially when they were already aware of the doctor's schedule. Given the circumstances and lack of urgency, we requested a refund and left. Would not recommend to anyone.

The doctors are good at what they do!
But had a slight bad experience with one of the nurses who gave an injection incorrectly. Had to suffer for around a month.
Kindly make sure you get your needles from an experienced nurse or doctor!!

The hospital infrastructure seems fine but the management seems inadequate. Moreover even after taking appointment they keep you waiting for hours. The doctors seem to be in a hurry to examine as many patients as possible. Hardly gave 1-2 mins for a physical examination. Getting unnecessary tests done. Don't know about others experience but seemed pretty money minded orientation of the doctors and staff. Did not get a satisfactory consultation.
