This branch had good reviews only 1 year back . I am a customer of this branch since 3-4 years now .From the last 1 year there is issue in printing passbook ,i have told them many times ,they just ignore it.yesterday i wanted the passbook ,but same issue .I asked them to print my passbook 1 page each of 6 months . They asked me to pay the charges for statement or download it online but didn't print my passbook which is provided by the bank for free - they just loot people. The branch manager Sapna kamboj told me this .Staff needs to be changed as they are too slow ,and loot the people . Higher authorities should see into the matter . You can see all the latest reviews are bad . I will change my account from this branch. As i am customer of this bank from 3-4 years ,thay are getting benefit for me ,from every customer ,it is there no right to just loot the people.

I got my car loan from SBI Intouch bank Zirakpur. Staff is very supportive ..Specially Bank Manager Sapna Kamboj Madam who is always helping hand for me for all my issues. She know very wel how to deal with Clients. She is very helpful, well behaved, soft spoken and provides the proper guidance.
Best of Luck to Sapna Mam for her future work .
