All equipments are new and very well maintained. Gym is kept very clean. Has good ventilation.
All machines are available and it has cross trainer, treadmills, cycling as well in Cardio section.

The Gym trainer Mr. Pankaj Sharma is very helpful and will explain each exercise whenever you ask him anything.
I lost 5 kgs in 1 and half months by normal diet provided by him and the workout routine.
