Worst customer service. We did shopping for 3500+ , staff told us to spend 500 more then we will be eligible to get a gift for free. They never mentioned the whole offer. We did more shopping and went to the counter for billing. We asked which gift we will get, they said first they will be billing for items purchased and then the bill for the gift will be separate. We didn't understand and asked why ? Again they didn't explain anything. At last we paid for items purchased and at the end they scanned the gift and asked for another amount to pay. We said why we will pay?? They said as u are getting a gift. We said we don't want to get anything and we won't buy anything . We want a refund . Then they were like sorry we can't do the refund.

Please be specific with anything you are telling your customer rather than arguing afterwards or if you can't explain at least make any poster which explains the deals .
