The flats are in a really bad condition from the inside as well as the outside. I don't think any maintenance is done here by the looks of it. Looks more like a haunted mansion than a residential place.

Worst place to live
Construction material used is very bad.
Maintenance is very bad. Whoever is the agency handling the maintenance is corrupt.
they just take your money and don't give any services in the name of maintenance.
