The ambience is good and all sort of equipment is provided in the gym. But the sad part is that the trainers do not evince any interest in helping and guiding the people as how to exercise. All trainers are caring and focusing on personal trainning. If you do not engage a personal trainner, this Gym is like a rudderless shop in an ocean.

I would like share to my experience for this gym
About interior : quite open space before previous year
Trainers : when you entered the gym they wish you with smiling face with quite positive welcoming way and it feel like get ready for elevate to yourself now . all were good in their own place , whenever I ask about exercise to any trainer they guide me , if they were busy with their purpose after that If I asked them to help me in exercise they don’t ignore me and it’s not about gender also if you ask them they will happily helped you like Dilpreet sir and Nishchay sir and some will in courage you for increasing your strength and strategy help to improve to yourself.
Yoga : awesome you all have heard about yoga but here you all will find The Power Yoga which so powerful with interesting , challenging and relaxing ????.

Lost 22 kilos in 6 months. Cant say anything else. Best decision of my life. Super amazing gym with best facilities and one of the best trainers. If you want to avoid and actually want to work out, this is the place to be.
