Found a hidden gem .

One of my friend invited me over & wasn't so sure that we would get such amazing food in sector 46 , this is surely 5star level . It happened with me " 1 bar khao gae tho bar bar aao gae " .

Tucked away in a corner booth , its easy to locate yet parking can be a issue but never the less the food is sssssssssssmmmmmokin! Chef Kochhar who is a big name in the catering business in tricity has got the concept of sizzler to the streets. He jas put his years of knowledge & experience to work here ; all the food is prepared according to his own recipes . This promising consistency & good quality yummy food.

1 .Gilafi seekh kebab - juicy meat , not steaming , its just like butter

Tandoori veg momos - u would have never had such before . The filling is really good with proper marination & finished in the tandoor . Veg & non veg both options are amazing

Murg tikka kali mirchi wala - want something thats easy on the pallet yet flavor some , yip this is it . The quality of the chicken is really good.

Lemon fish - perfect season to enjoy this perfection. Thin fillets of fish , beautiful crust on the outside nice soft tender from the inside , topped with butter & lemon served with tartar sauce.

SCHEWZEAN chicken - a must must have for all the foodies in love with Chinese food. The proportion of the sauces is just perfect , balancing each others flavors , big chunks of chicken .

SCHEWZEAN paneer - crispy on the outside soft silky from the inside , sauce so good u would definitely lick the plate .

Soya malai chaap - so soft, couldn't believe soya chaap can be so soft , its its perfectly seasoned, the consistency of the cream is just perfect not to mich not to less

Main course-
Dal bukhara , Butter chicken kochhar chef special , Punjabi keema kaleji , Stuff kulcha. Highly RECOMMENDED is the dal bukhara its like straight from the well know bukhara restaurant in delhi ; even the butter chicken its sweet tangy with the right amount of spices & seasonings

I ordered chicken malai tikka. Rs. 350 and just 6 pieces however owner said it will 8 to 10 pieces. Too expensive for 6 pieces. I thought it ll be worth it. Also, stale green chatni. Bad experience.
