Worst experience. I went there multiple times to do shopping but the employee (cashier) was so rude that he insulted us and was very rude with us. Never going again. It's better to support the local shops than these rude people.

It's located in SSS No 129, Phase 3B2, Mohali Punjab.
Location is very Good
Parking is little Difficult.
The Office got COMPLETELY BURNT DOWN around Two Months Back and it's still in same condition.
There are only two Staff Members. Only One of the Two staff member has a SYSTEM for attending to the Public while the other Staff Member ( Senior) was Enjoying Food at 1130 AM ( While Customers were waiting ) when I went there to enquire about Problem in my Billing.
Management should look into it and close this Office if it's Financially not viable.
It's suggested to depute well Qualified and dedicated Staff.
The above will definitely affect the Reputation of this Multinational Company.

The staff is not at all helpful. The customer has to first fight with them to get their work done. They have excuses. ready the moment you tell them to do something. They don't care whether the customer is a senior citizen. Proof___the customer is waiting but they are chitchatting.
