It was a very easy process and a great experience of getting a treatment for the Ivy hospital. The whole staff was very cooperative and friendly. I would for sure recommend it to everyone who's in need. One suggestion is to improve upon the infratructure.

Very poor service. No respect for patient. Mother had her knee replacement. Performed surgery but they provided zero care post surgery. They stopped blood thinner which caused her having a stroke. Never look back to visit them again. They will get what they deserve. As no follow up form the orothepedics. Lost my mother because of them. Hope there family go through the same what we went through. Dr. Kushi and other team doctors took no responsibility all they wanted to get is the money. Shame on them.
