Proficiency! That's the no. 1 criteria for me when hiring a freelancer. Otherwise you are paying for him/her to learn, make mistakes, deliver bugs and deficient results, etc. This one was super proficient with programming, recommending components, design and execution, worked diligently and delivered amazingly fast, and was very respectful and communicative. And all that at a very competitive hourly rate. I am from Princeton NJ, used to own a software company, so I have some experience with bad freelancers... This one: I absolutely have nothing negative to say. Great job.

I rarely post reviews, but FlashBulb is an exception. As projects develop and become more complex, I assign more of our high-priority tasks and projects to FlashBulb. Working with developers half a world away can be problematic, but I get timely feedback and the early version development is more optimized than I could ever expect. Our project managers have never been happier. All of our development with FlashBulb is proprietary at the moment but I will share project images when disclosure is allowed.

Initially contracted with regard to MQTT project. Highly proficient with respect to both hardware and software development. Extremely reactive, working, to tight deadlines. Thoroughly understood issues involved and provided very sound advice leading to excellent implementation. On top of that a real pleasure to work with.
