I think it's the best place to work out I joined this gym a month ago and I've never felt like I need to change this gym. Trainers help a lot they don't just tell you they show you how it's done even though it's hard to focus on each and everyone but still, they always try their best to help everyone. Highly recommended, it's still your choice. Good luck

Firstly I would appreciate Healthy And Disciplined environment in the gym, well maintained equipments, Trainer takes complete responsibility and most amazing thing is we are having dance class and that is real fun, it shoots your energy on different level. Lastly I appreciate the choice of music played in the gym. All coaches / Trainers are awesome, Glad to join Fitness7 Gym.
