I have booked online flight by paying more then triplr the price for flight to malasia which i paid because of covid19, followed by cathay pacific to hong Kong. normally most other airlines assist client on documentations, even they dont charge that much. but i called there 10 times after waiting 15 to 20 minutes they pick up and when i ask my inquiry either they put me on hold and never come back or just cut the line later when kept on calling them they gave me false information due to which i have lost my flight.. when i ask them to exchange they ask me just to write email but just a computer generated email. m not sure for reply
