I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of your staff during my recent visit at your establishment. I found their conduct to be unprofessional and unacceptable.

Specifically, I experienced the way how to talk and how to explain in case anything not available. I often come to this place since it star 5 years back. But never face such situation. If someone is with his family they cant serve due to some situation at least your staff should be enough matured to handle situation even they don't know how to talk. This behavior made me & my fends unpleasant and detracted from the overall quality of the service I received.

I would appreciate it if you could address this issue with your staff and take steps to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. I believe that it is important to maintain a high standard of service, and I hope that my feedback will help you to improve in this area. Attached the image of staff.

I am writing to express my sincere disappointment with the conduct of one of your bartenders during my recent visit to 90ml. As a frequent patron of your bar, I expect a high level of professionalism and respect from your staff, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations.

During my visit, I encountered unprofessionalism even dont know how to talk with customers. This conduct not only made my experience at your bar unpleasant, but also detracted from the overall ambiance of the establishment.
