The sercive is garbage. Employees and especially management especially Assistant manager is very arrogent and rude. The computers dont work , system USUALLY down. To get an account statemet takes more than hour which should be done in less than 30 seconds. To withdraw any money you got to sit and wait for long long time. They don't even have a copy machine.. The force you to go through extremely busy traffic to get photo copy of a document. The bank sounds broke.
The normal answer is " ਬਹਿ ਜਾਓ ਥੋੜੀ ਦੇਰ " . ਹਾ ਹਾ ਹਾ. ਥੋੜੀ ਦੇਰ. Which is usually unbearable wait.

i visit State bank 4 to 5 times My experience is very bad Staff is very rude. very slow work totally waste

This is the place where most of people hate to visit...
I always have thesame experience at this branch nothing changes but only staff changes.. Is bank staff has personal grudges with the people who visits the branch.. Do we ask them to withdraw money from their account ... I don't know why they treat like that.... yes their job is hectic but they get salary for that... They prepared hard for the exams, is this differentiate them than others no, their way of talking which is worst... If you can't speak politely or interact well with others.... Kindly learn this.. It would be ethically good for you otherwise you will meet only people like you.......
