I visited their Phagwara store last Friday. The service quality was so poor. They didn’t Put nut on my engine after service and all the engine oil leaked and I again had to get it done from outside. And when I informed them about the issue., in place of apologising they started arguing with me. And more over even after getting a booking done they handed my bike 2 hours late. Don’t go on their words they have most pathetic service standards and zero customer satisfaction. I’m never going back there.

The showroom staff is friendly and informative. The visit is nice. But there is only one issue- It takes minimum 2-3 hours to purchase a new vehicle or get your vehicle for service.
