I've been going there for an ECU replacement, sometimes they don't have the parts or the mechanics aren't there.
The whole KTM service workshop is run by one good technician (Amarjit) other than him. No one seems to cater the customers well. Even if the service done, billing takes forever. I once spent 1 whole hour waiting for them to make a bill.

I have been to patiala ktm service center, and this is my best experience ever. The crew of this showroom are so friendly and kind, apart from my issue they suggest all the minor things, which i really need know about my bike, even they fixed minor issue without asking me and without asking for any extra pay for that. The one of the crew member name Amarjeet, he is best mechanic i have ever seen, he really has a good knowledge of bikes, he never ask for any extra things to put in my bike , which are not necessary , like he suggest everything genuinely and my experience with this guy is the best experience so far.

I went there to replace my KTM's chain set and for servicing too. Amarjeet (head technician) is very polite and hard working. He did the job very well. I am fully satisfied with the job. Biling department workers are also nice. They gave me 10% off on labour charges, on lieu of my first arrival there.
I recommend the service center.
