Location in busy market area.
Closed rooms, no ventilation or view
Exhaust system of bathroom not working, causing smell in the room also. Irritating!!
Breakfast buffet not laid. A la carte Breakfast was nice, tasty and cordially served.
overall good hotel with some improvements needed.

Nice rooms, clean but no windows. No natural light. It gets very claustrophobic and stuffy. You don't know whether it is 6 am or 10 am in the morning as there is no light entering the room and it is pitch dark with the lights off. There are no windows and natural light not just in the room, but even in the corridors and the entire floor. Lack of fresh air is very concerning, however thankfully there is no bad smell.

Washroom is nice, but no toiletries provided. For the price, and with some minor adjustments, it could be better.

I cannot in good conscience recommend AK Suites as a place to stay due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. During my visit, a security guard made an inappropriate comment that left me feeling shocked and uncomfortable. Additionally, I did not encounter a single staff member with a friendly demeanor, with the exception of the food and beverage employee.

In terms of hospitality, I would give AK Suites a mere 10% rating. However, I must acknowledge that the restrooms were spacious and the amenities provided were satisfactory. Despite these positives, the negative experiences with the staff overshadowed any potential benefits of staying at this establishment.
