Nice location and premises are well maintained fully parking area and good roads

The area is a good one. There is a park in the center of all the buildings where children as well as grown ups can play. There are not many occupants in the flats.
The maintenance is not done properly on the flats. The infrastructure of the flats is not taken care of regularly. There is a lot of leaking on the stairs of the building when it rains. Water floors on the railing of the stairs, hence it is not quite a welcome sight.
