Firstly, the ambiance and decor of the restaurant were underwhelming. The interior lacked any distinctive character or charm that would have enhanced the dining experience. The seating arrangements were cramped, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit dull and uninspiring. It seemed as though little effort had been put into creating an inviting and comfortable environment for diners.

Moving on to the food, I found it to be quite average and lacking in authenticity. The menu offered a range of Punjabi dishes, but the flavors and execution fell short of my expectations. The dishes lacked the vibrant and bold flavors that are characteristic of Punjabi cuisine. The ingredients used did not seem to be of the highest quality, and the dishes lacked the depth and complexity that one would expect. It was clear that there was room for improvement in terms of recipe execution and attention to detail.

One positive aspect was the portion sizes, which were generous. However, this alone was not enough to make up for the overall shortcomings of the dining experience. The prices at Food Jail were reasonable, but given the mediocre quality of the food and the lackluster service, I would have expected a more competitive pricing structure.

In conclusion, my experience at Food Jail, Punjab Restaurant, was far from satisfying. The lackluster ambiance, average food quality, and subpar service left me underwhelmed. While there is potential for improvement, as it stands, I cannot recommend this restaurant for an authentic and enjoyable Punjabi dining experience.

Full points for the atmosphere, but service was a bit slow food arrived after 40 minutes of long waiting for dining in. Otherwise it was okay.

One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the front desk staff who assisted with my check-in and provided helpful recommendations for local attractions, to the housekeeping team who kept the room spotless and refreshed, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction.
