Poor quality of rooms, bathroom knobs are broken, even bathroom toilet is broken. Air conditioning is ineffective and rooms have no ventilation. On top of poor facilities, the staff is rude and they will find every opportunity to overcharge you. The floor tiles were dirty when we got the room after check-in. Cleaning staff consists of only one lady who talks Punjabi and behaved as if she doesn't understand instructions. The elevator is switched off by hotel staff at midnight and throughout the night we can only climb stairs to reach the third floor.

Reason for this single golden star is hotel did not charge me for checking out after 2 hours.
Rooms are messed up. Hotel management needs to be changed. This hotel is invitation to COVID. Not sanitized. They do not bother to be hygienic for there guest. I can see used bedsheets and upholstery with fresh stains on it. Hairs were all over the room and washroom from human intimate parts. Floor was stick as they use something weird to clean the surface. Crockery was dirty and never washed. Asked for service before I can lay down. Waiting for more than an hour. No one bothered.

A terrible stay at the hotel. I checked into the hotel on Nov 5 in the afternoon and was allotted Room 302. The room had below issues -
- It was really small, and the window opened into the gallery which was the entrance to the 3rd floor rooms, hence you can't open the curtains.
- There were cobwebs in the room's roof corners. This is the first time I saw this in any hotel.
- The flush of the toilet wasn't working
- The shower wasn't working, it was either throwing boiling hot water, or cold water, and kept alternating between the two.

After complaining about this, the lady at the reception said plumber is visiting. Called back again after 15 minutes, she said it'll take half an hour. Again called after 1 hour, and asked for room change. They agreed, and allotted room 103 on the 1st floor. The room seemed better but it had below issues -
- The toilet seat was broken (pictures attached)
- The room wasn't cleaned properly, there were hair lying around on the floor
- Again, the shower wasn't working properly, it was either throwing boiling hot water, or cold water, and kept alternating between the two. It seems this is a common issue across the rooms.

The room service is very slow, had to call twice to get a bottle of water. I asked for normal drinking water/RO water, but the person delivering the water bottle said they only give mineral water, and you will get one bottle per day. I consumed two bottles, however while checking out, they charged me for the mineral water too, saying that you had taken mineral water bottle, and entry is done in their register. This is when they clearly state availability of mineral water in the room as amenities, on MakeMyTrip. This left a sour taste while checking out. Also, during my stay of two days, nobody came to clean the room. Nobody bothered to pick the breakfast plates of first morning, till the next day. Apart from this, the blanket that they provide in the room is too thin for even mildly cold weather of Early November, forget about chilling cold of Dec-Feb.

The location of the hotel isn't that great, it doesn't have any good restaurants at walking distance. Also, no non-veg restaurant options available nearby. The dukhniwaran Gurudwara is very near though. Also, if you're on a business trip, or need to work on something during the stay, it's better to avoid the hotel as there's no desk available in the rooms. You can't do any writing work or laptop work due to this.

I am obviously never going back to the hotel again, it has terrible service and room quality is poor too. I would advise you to avoid it, you can get better options at similar price range. Thanks.
