I was into lifting weights and my body felt stiff and I experienced occasional lower back pain as well. My time with yoga teacher Rajat, helped me get over the stiffness and the back pain also faded away gradually. I feel that I am able to move better and breathe better after a couple of months of joining his class. I can not recommend him enough.

The yoga center has a serene and calming atmosphere that immediately put you at ease upon entering.
Rajat Sir is not only knowledgeable and experienced in his practice but also has an incredible ability to connect with his students. He is patient and attentive, making sure that each student is comfortable and A understood the poses and movements being taught and it also fun learning from him.

Overall, I cannot recommend this yoga center and Rajat Sir enough. If you are looking for a place to deepen your yoga practice and learn from a truly inspiring teacher, then this is the place for you. Thank you, Rajat Sir, for the incredible experience and for sharing your knowledge and passion for yoga with me.
