One of the best taxi service in pathankot with reasonable rate and our driver ustad prabhat thakur was very genuine person, he helped and guided us in our whole journey that makes our journey much more easier and enjoyable

Had a terrible experience with the driver booked through this service. Not only was he extremely rude and aggressive, but he also failed to follow the itinerary that we had agreed upon beforehand. He used abusive language making us feel very uncomfortable. We were shocked by his behavior and it completely ruined our trip.

I would not recommend this service to anyone if they have drivers like this on their team.I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to think twice. If the company is willing to employ drivers who behave in this manner and disregard their customers' wishes, then it's not a service worth using. It's unacceptable to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner.
