No exchange policy if you buy cobb product from any other store. Staff behavior was rude . It's hell of the experience. I buyed two shirts from gurdaspur , Punjab cobb store for my brother but unfortunately shirts dint fit well and wanted to exchange. So I went to Pathankot, Punjab cobb show room on dalhousie road but they refused to exchange the shirts because I buyed it from Gurdaspur store ,Jail road. What kind of customer service is that ? What kind of company policy is that ? Highly unprofessional and pathetic experience. Better shut the pathankot branch .

Cobb Italy( Italian design but not made in Italy) is fine place. They had buy 3 get 7 offer, which is not a bad option, on an average a pair of denim, trouser, shirt gonna cost in between 700-1200 Inr.
