Highly disappointed. Unprofessional staff. Never going again for myself or my husband.

I and my husband were regular clients of this salon but a recent experience showed how unprofessional they are. The male hair stylist named Vijay stopped the service in the middle of doing it because he wanted to have lunch was something I had never seen anywhere else. He did not even give a head wash after the hair cut.

Totally not the worth the money that they charge.

Not recommended, there are many better ones in Ludhiana.

Despite the fact that I live a little far away from this salon, I make sure I come here for every service. The ambiance is great and the staff is really professional. Be it beauty & skincare or hair, this salon excels at it all. I recommend this place to everyone! ????

I currently live in Dubai but Ludhiana is my hometown. Every time I visit Ludhiana, Urban Beauty Spa and Lounge is my go to salon. The service and facilities are of the highest standard, simply love pampering myself at Urban. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a professional and safe salon experience.
