Very bad service
They gave me bag providing the gaurantee it was a branded bag of VIP but when i had gone for replacement as the wheel was broken they denied that they had not given any gaurantee and it seemed that the bag was used .
The staff is also uneducated and don’t have the sense how to talk to customers
It was really a bad experience dealing with them amd suggest the reader of this comment to avoid shop from them .
