Buses are in good condition. But driver was not making it as a sleeping bus at all. Drive fast and horn on horn. The person who collected money didn’t give us receipt.ignorance on most of questions. And it was my first experience today from Delhi to Ludhiana. At the end whole service doesn’t worth that much money because of too many inconsistencies and poor customer services.

Waiting Area at Ludhiana is comfortable & equipped with facilities like centrally air-conditioning, filtered water, TV & cozy chairs. Restrooms were also neat & clean. Staff was generous.

Very bad service. Staff is very rude and ignorant. Seatings plan is poor airconditioning not working properly air vents are beoken. Would not recommend anyone in the future.
