My 2 year old pup was sick. As it was Sunday, couldn’t find a doctor anywhere. So, I booked an online consultation with Dr. Anirudh. I paid the amount at 1:55pm. And I was told the doctor is busy, so he will give a call after 30 minutes. Again after 30 minutes, I was told the appointment was at 3. At 3 there was no response, so I called back.
They said that the doctor is busy, he will call back soon and attend the pup.
Then again 3:30 and lastly at 4pm. I again called them and they told, Doctor will soon send you link.

I understand doctors can be busy in emergency. That doesn’t mean the dog waiting for a consultation online is not sick. They should have informed that doctor will be unavailable for 3 hours, then we would make other arrangements.
I finally asked them to refund my money and cancel the appointment.

I really expected a good consultation, but I am disheartened that my pup suffered and there was no communication from their side until I made multiple attempts.

Saddened and hurt.
Never ever waiting for you again.

We contacted Pupkitt regarding our pet rabbit . The Doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very satisfied with his answers and would recommend Pupkitt to anyone who need pet care service . Very professional and honest .

My dog got severe bacterial infection and i visited here, and now dog is cured. I am really satisfied with their service and will recommend to other pet parents too
