Pathetic stay. False commitment, greedy for money,.
I have booked this hotel at 6:00 a.m. morning and I told them that I have to sleep till 12 o'clock. Offered me large room at 1200 rupees charge and small room at Rs 1000 so I choose large room because it was available at that moment.
According to their policy check out timing was 12 but their greediness make them call again and again for check out at 12:00.
They started calling me at 9 am for checkout or change with small room.
They have not Let me sleep for even 3 hours.
I have spend 1200 rupees for just 3 hours sleeping. They asked me for more money but when I refuse they said you have to check out.

So please if you want to book that Hotel book at your own risk I recommend don't book this hotel.
They behave like a thief

Very bad experience. Bathroom is very small. There were cockroaches on the wall. Hotel staff not good. I asked thrice to change dirty blanket then they changed. Regular electricity failure. Don't want to come this hotel again and also suggest people not to go there.

Worst hotel ever.
At the time of booking I confirmed the rate 1000 for the night with free breakfast. When I asked for the gst bill the manager said he will add 240 gst extra if i want gst bill. For the breakfast they said up to 50/- is free. Above that is chargeable so they forced me to pay 100 more, All at the time of paying the bill. There was no politeness and it was more like if you don't pay what we say, then you see, kind of gunda attitude. There was no heater and no hot water and all guests were complaining. My room was noisy with bikes and cars being parked outside my wall at night and in the early morning. Rooms are very dark and cold and there are frequent power failures. Thank god there is no lift. The bed is hard as as a stone with stained bedsheets. Towels are like rags. At the time of paying the bill, the manager said do what you want, our hotel is full, so what if your company doesn't send customers, we have enough bookings. I think the manager has no ethics, he asked me 3-4 times, do I inflate the bill? Do I increase the bill? He was cursing Oyo with lots of swear words and insults. Oyo should ban this property and gst officials should check their violations. Someone should teach these people the meaning of Atithi devo bhava. Only positive is the staff always smiling, who can't help the poor facilities
