I consulted Ramita for getting meal plan for my 1+ year old child. She was kind and flexible when having bi weekly revision of meal plan. It helped me a lot to cope up with busy work schedules. I took a diet from Ramita for my postpartum weight loss and managed to get rid off 5 kg without any exercise.
I have never felt hungry after meals and enjoyed new recipes after every week.
Also introduced to variety of new foods which are essential for a new mom.
