A client was using Ground pulley machine, and the machine rope broke down.the client fliiped and fell causing severe injuries to his spine.
Multiple complaints have been made regarding equipment errors but no neccessary actions were taken. Apart from that Air conditioners dont work as the administrators dont feel the need to put them to use.One of the administrators named ANUJ - a very old associate of the gym ( probably 7 + yrs ) is rude and makes personal comments. The gym is used by individuals of all age groups, little do the administrators know that they hold a key responsibility towards them and their lives. I am very disappointed by the experience here. I suggest people looking up for great experience other gyms like Oxen, Ignite, Endure, OHCC whch are close to this one. We want to build ourselves not break our bones.
