I am writing the review after 6 months… I have bought 2 pairs of specs in which one was light weight and 2nd was heavy to wear and also loose… I started wearing the light one but someday I wear the heavy one that was not comfortable to me… i contacted the branch if I can change the frame but they told it will possible if the insurance is done that I was not aware of it… now I wear the heavy one as I have given the money for it also… but it makes the scars on my nose as it is heavy… but can’t tell them to resolve the issue because they always tell about the insurance…

The service is good but company should provide more furniture to attend the coustmers it took too much disturbing at the same time
