Excellent venue for marriage...we had arranged a function there... everything was so perfect as we told them to do...staff was good , food was excellent

We had arranged a function at this venue, but the experience was terrible from start to finish.

The staff members we encountered were shockingly arrogant, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and respect. The manager in charge was entirely incapable of ensuring even the most basic standards of discipline and orderliness.

The food lacked taste or quality. Some of the committed dishes were replaced as per convenience and without any prior notice. It was disheartening to witness the lack of effort put into preparing a satisfying meal for our guests.

I can confidently say that I would never consider organizing another function at this venue, even if it were offered to me free of charge. The embarrassment was immense, as relatives and friends complained about the service and food. Escalating the issue to the general manager didn't provide much help.

The staff's unprofessionalism, lack of order, mediocre food, and overall dissatisfaction made it clear that this venue is unworthy of our support or endorsement.

Beautiful banquet hall with capacity 300 people. We booked for Jagran and decoration and food was amazing. Place feels like home. The manager and his team was quite helpful. I am looking forward to book more other function at same venue.
