The staff is friendly, are hospitable and make you feel at ease. Hygiene is well taken care off. The results can be seen within a few months as guaranteed by the dermatologist. I got my treatment done from Navreet Ma’am and she took great care of me. Worth every penny.

The entire team at Kaya Ldh. is amazing! From the admin, therapists to the doctor, everyone is welcoming, polite and professional. One of the few places left with great customer service.
Myself and my mother both got treatments and our experience was seamless. Navreet was my therapist for laser hair removal and she made the entire process positive and comfortable for me. She is one of the best! Not to mention, the results are spectacular.

A Disastrous Experience at Kaya Skin Clinic: A Warning to All

I recently had the misfortune of taking my mother to Kaya Skin Clinic for what was supposed to be a transformative treatment to clear the dark areas around her eyes. Little did I know that this visit would turn out to be a catastrophic waste of time and money. The exorbitant charge of 70 thousand was a red flag, but I naively assumed that we would receive top-notch service for such a hefty sum. How wrong I was.

To say that our expectations were shattered would be an understatement. Not only did the treatment fail to deliver the promised results, but it also managed to worsen the dark circles around my mother's eyes. The area around her lips, which was previously untouched, now also bears a distressing darkened appearance. This not only confirms the clinic's incompetence but also raises serious doubts about their expertise and integrity.

One would think that a clinic charging such exorbitant fees would prioritize punctuality and efficiency. Unfortunately, this is far from the truth at Kaya Skin Clinic. Despite making an appointment well in advance, we were subjected to interminable waiting times, often extending beyond an hour or two. The sheer disregard for our time and the lack of consideration for our scheduled appointments was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful.

The entire experience at Kaya Skin Clinic left us feeling utterly disappointed and betrayed. We had entrusted them with the care of my mother's delicate skin, hoping for a positive transformation. Instead, we were met with ineptitude, negligence, and a complete lack of professionalism.

In conclusion, Kaya Skin Clinic's exorbitant charges, ineffectual treatments, lack of punctuality, and the unavailability of the doctor are all indicative of a deeply flawed and untrustworthy organization.
