Yes brother, you are one of the best nutritionists in Ludhiana or in India as well. If I say about my experience, you gave me the best diet plan to follow which was not hard to follow. Honestly speaking, it worked really and I started seeing the result. Very good knowledge and good dietitian in Ludhiana. I was facing so many problems due to my weight. I reduced 10 kg by following nutrition plans and guidance from jaspreet fitness. They provide customized diet plan according to my requirements.
