1. Location Perfect2. Staff behaviour superb3. No wifi4. Room small and dirty5. Management don't know the right way to deal with customer.6. Family purpose not good.7. With respect to price for food quality not good

worst ever experience dirty and stinking small room. I reached at around 12.00 at night otherwise I would have cancelled. No lift, small TV and DTH was not working. Geyser burn, Broken Bathing mug, Torn and Dirty blankets, Dirty and cheap towels were given.
Worst ever experience in past 20 years. No buffet breakfast you will have to eat what ever they can serve because you have paid for Breakfast.

Better to stay in a lodge or Dormatry instead of staying here. These people are more interested in running Bar then hotel. I think these rooms are not made for guest but for the people who are drunk and can't go home they put them in this dirty room's and charge money.

Total wastage of money if you select this hotel.

It doesn't deserve even 01 star.

Nice atmosphere, food and service
