These classes are the best. She gives personal attention to everybody and the variations she bring in the exercise helps us a lot. It is not just yoga, she covers various aspects such as meditation, diet tips. Really enjoy being at her classes.

I started here a few days ago, but in few days I have learned more bcoz of a good trainer like Mam. My full Body was stiff but in 20 days of Yoga it feels flexible.I am lucky to be a part of EKANA YOGA STUDIO.

I recently joined a yoga class at Ekana , and I must say it was an incredible experience. The studio itself had a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Sheetal mam is very knowledgeable, patient, and provided modifications throughout the class to accommodate various skill levels.

The class was well-structured, with a balance of strength-building and relaxation poses. The teacher's instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the pace of the class was just right. I appreciated how the sheetal mam emphasized the importance of mindfulness and breathwork during the practice.

Overall, I left the class feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and inspired to continue my yoga journey. I highly recommend ekana yoga studio to anyone looking for a great yoga class.
