My mother is a mind patient and in depression from last 1 year. Some one suggested us to go DMC ludhiana for treatment from dr gagandeep but when we go there today we came to know that docter come to office at 11 am then after 1 hour he go for a break.. Such a irresponsible behaviour when he has 70 cards on table how can anyone go for 1 hour break. Time is valuable for everyone no one can waste 1 full day for this kind of irresponsible docter

We consulted him in 2019 for my mother’s case. She had clot in brain. Dr. Gagan had some other tests as well. One of them was Echo which is of heart. He didn’t utter a single word about the report that it has some issues or so. Last year in 2021 post covid when my mother couldn’t recover from the issue of continuous cough and breathing problem we consulted and ENT specialist and shared her medical history with all the reports she had. Then after 2 years we came to know that she’s been diagnosed with 45% heart pumping and required percentage is 77% and it is not good. Because of Dr. Gagan we couldn’t start her treatment and it got delay for 2 years. Haven’t expected such irresponsible behaviour from one of the finest doctors we have in the city. And not him after approaching so many renowned doctors what I’ve came across is like now patient is not patient for doctor, they’ve become customer. Now it’s not about life and death, it’s about the business. I personally got treatment from him when i was a child, he treated me well. We’re so overwhelmed with the treatment that on the very first hand we consulted him for my mother’s case. But seeing the scenario even with a sightliest or a single mistake how you can ruin someone’s life. I won’t recommend this doctor. Yes he’s human, yes he can mistake. But what I’ve faced because of him with all hatred and pain, I won’t recommend him to anyone ever in my life. Highly disappointed.
