Poor services. There are clinics nearby that give much better treatment. These people charge extensively even for the smallest of the ailments. Even after charging extensively the results are not good. Had a poor experience in 3 different outings here.

No doubt Dr.Ritu is very nice and genuine but she must know what her staff is doing behind her back they have no sense how to treat the patient
The lab attendant has no idea about the reports to deliver on given time
The receptionist first of all is the front face of the hospital and she has a very rough tongue and very illiterate. She has no idea how to speak
The other staff members were gathered in the pharmacy, cracking jokes, shouting on people and laughing loud for no reason they were being very rude to each coming patient and giving them no response.
