If you are experienced and just need the machines,this place is okay
But GOSH !!
Never bother to take PT(Personal Training) here
First of all the instructors will lure you by saying that they give extra sessions if you are regular.They later refuse it by saying that even one leave is not allowed.When in reality the number of leaves taken by my trainer was 3 times that of mine.
Secondly,2-3 people were trained along with me.I failed to understand how it was a PT session
And don't bother to raise the issue with the authorities.On your face the staff at the counter provokes you to speak up about the injustice caused.
Behind your back they team up with the trainer and laugh out loud
Don't waste your money on PT in this gym

I have been a member of this gym for several months And I've trained in gyms in many city and this is a worst gym of Ludhiana .

Excellent gym with flexible timing starting from 5 AM till midnight.
