I haven been coming to this gym since last 6 months and the gym owner has very good knowledge about the field and have been training crossfit by them and its a superb experience. This is the best gym in kharar if you are looking for cardio, crossfit, equipment’s training, Intense training sessions and they also provide personal training.
Highly recommend, must join the gym if you want to live a healthy lifestyle.

I have been training here from last 2 years, ambiance and aura of the gym is super powerful and let me push my adrenaline. This is the best gym in kharar and they also provide personal training for mens and women's.
