Poor billing system. 5 persons in one que,single counter billing. Four employees making gossips at one corner. All airconditioners off. No security person,no checking of final exits. Seems about to close in coming days. My check in was on 4 -47 pm dated 12/7/23

After selection and spending so much time in store. Reliance Smart Point's Billing person (employee) was so irritating who refused to accept a 2000's note showing a tiny cut. It was earlier withdrawal from a nearby SBI branch ATM. However a small shopkeeper easily checked and accepted. Shopping with small businesses owners is far better than any big store. These people give respect and take respect ! No matter for a 1% or 2% difference in total payable Amount.
