I have not been there, So can't say about the ambience. We have ordered some items from this place from zomato for treat. The food taste was ok but some items were not cooked properly. So here i am listing the items we have ordered and their experience:
1.veg momos : taste was good but not cooked properly
2.Hara bhara kabab : taste ok but again half cooked plus in place of green vegetables they have make it with flour added with gren colur
3. Kadai paneer : it was of good taste.
4. Malai kofta : It was also good specially if you like sweet taste in main cuisine.
5. Dal tadka : Dal was burned so taste was not good
6. Tandoori roties: fine and properly cooked
7. Rice : like home made so its also good
8. Pine apple rayta: pineapple pieces are so tasty but the curd due to heat of packaging of other items taste different (basically not there falut)

One of my favourite spots in Jalandhar. Must visit as the food is ???? at a most reasonable price..

Good food .fresh preparation but little bit expensive compare to other restuarent in maqsudhan.
