The owner and sales team is good, welcoming but the after sales and delivery teams are horrible.

The first refrigerator that was delivered was a faulty/used/repaired piece. They agreed to replace it but the after sales team took many days before it was be replaced.

During the delivery of the replacement, they don't bring enough people to properly install the refrigerator and ask us to arrange for people.

There were three persons already and they asked for 1 more person but somehow we arranged for 2 just so that there is no problem. So the total people were 5 to place a single refrigerator.

While placing the refrigerator on the first floor they damaged the walls and the stairs. The same task was done perfectly by only 2 persons during the initial install.
