No hot water, poor cleanliness, Pathetic service, no reason why the hotel is empty. On my way to Golden Temple, took a stop over at this place, took two rooms to be able to get to Amritsar early in the morning being able to take bath. But for the hot water non availability, and their inability to provide got delayed.

i stayed here for month and half when i was visiting from Canada ???????? the staff is pretty nice and they try to help out with stuff u need
The room was OK decent they have plenty hot water ???? to shower ???? with thats 1 thing i really liked about this place.

So I stopped here for food, the restraunt looked fishy so I said to.pack my order to my surprise the hotel didn't have disposable and I was amazed that how will I eat in car? But the manager Ramesh, told me it's none of his buisness. I have traveled alot and this is first time this happened and about food it was not even good fell sick after an hour of eating food. Never have food here folks. Never
