Worst service centre in hoshiarpur. The guy that generally picks the phone is extremely rude. Instead of solving the problem he told me to go somewhere else as they don't have enough time to fix it. A bunch of clowns are running that place. They never have spare parts and the engineer is never available. He is either on lunch break or on leave.

Very bad experience. It seems like only one person is running the whole space and even that person is inefficient. Doesn't know how to talk, rude and arrogant and keeps referring to other places as they don't have spare parts.

I am From Canada and called the service center. Employee did not understand English. Called back and no answer. One of the WORST customer service in India I have had which is saying alot. I have a fold 3 and 1 week after purchase the screen protector started peeling and half screen went dead
