Laid back and away from the town, this sprawling palace with plentiful land and very spacious banquet hall is a good choice in your budget. It can accommodate fairly large number of guests comfortably.
Regarding ambience it's above average and satisfactory. Nothing exotic or luxurious about it though but the quality of food, snacks and catering is really good.
