The Toomb is situated in middle of field about a km from Fatehgarh Sahib,In 1710, Banda Singh Bahadur and his Sikh army destroyed the city of Sirhind completely and Wazir Khan the governor, was killed in the Battle of Chappar Chiri. But some of these monuments like Tombs of Ustad - Shagird survived.

Tombs of Ustad - Shagird, are historical buildings built in memory of Ustad Syad Khan who was a great architect and builder of that period. The tomb of shagird is built as a memorial to Khawaja Khan who also was a well known architect.

Tomb of The great Mughal Architect " Ustaad Sayyad Khan " . Built in old Mughal style, this magnificent piece of art is actually built all bricks and not iron has been used in the making. Its a peaceful place. Better not enter with shoes in main as it's a Consicrated place.

Ustad di Mazar is considered to be a perfect example of the Mughal style of architecture and is bound to intrigue travellers from all across the globe.

Ustad di Mazar is home to the tomb of Ustad Syad Khan, a renowned architect and builder of that era.

It is located close to Rauza Sharif which is regarded as the second Mecca among Sunni Muslims.

The structure has a huge dome with a large corridor above its small entrance. The architecture is now closed but you can have a sight from nearby.

Currently, there is no proper maintenance of this place.You can use google Map to locate the Tomb.
