Shower not working properly ,gate lock handle dont work , u have to lock wth key , amities no good

Worst facility AC is not working and if anyone want something to eat or product like soap or etc then staff gives it after an hour or some minutes. In fact they don't gives us towel. Owener is nice but staff service is worst. Totally Wastage of money.
