If you have any hesitance about starting Yoga, Yogaastha is a perfect place to start with .She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend if you are starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice, she has experience to help with wherever you’re at in your practice.
I am enjoying my practice at Yogaastha ????

Shilpi is a wonderful yoga therapist . She always conduct session with full of energy which in turn I feel more energetic during session and for the complete day . Being her student for the last 2-3 months , I would say am becoming more flexible than before or regaining my flexibility . And also my back pain reduced well . She always paid good attention to her students and correct the position if I do anything not correct . Thanks for all your efforts Shilpi .

I have started my strengthening yoga classes with Shilpy from last 3 months ,she does excellent job in teaching and monitoring us .She also make sure that we do the asana correctly and get benefitted, I am happy with the classes and I am glad that I found her to restart my yoga journey Thankyou Shilpy.
